Return & Refund Policy

​At Milys, we take pride in the quality of our clothing and accessories. Since all our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size, or wrong color.

Reporting Issues with Your Order

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.

Lost or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will notify you. You may be responsible for reshipping fees.

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Orders returned due to buyer error (wrong size, wrong color, changed mind)
